McGuire's Breakfast Runs

3K & 8K Races

Two events - run for fun or as competitive as you like. The races are run consecutively - the 3K is first and the 8K will begin as soon as the 3K is complete. You are welcome to run one or both events.

No divisional awards at these events (but sometimes we have a small treat for finishers).

Breakfast potluck immediately following the 8k race. Please bring a breakfast food / drink item to share (and your own plates and utensils if at all possible). The potluck will be indoors in the school auditorium.

we encourage all participants to consider becoming an Empire Runner's Club member for $12 as a youth or $36 as an adult, which includes free race registration year-round to multiple events and additional opportunities.

Start in front of Hidden Valley Elementary School.
Run South on Bonita Vista Lane.
Take a right on Chanate Road.
Right on Parker Hill Road.
Right on Leete Avenue.
Turn right on Aaron Drive.
Turn left on Sleepy Hollow Drive.
Turn right on Bonita Vista Lane.
Finish in front of Hidden Valley Elementary School.

8k RUN COURSE | COURSE MAP

Start in front of Hidden Valley Elementary School.
Run North on Bonita Vista Lane.
Turn Left of Deer Park Drive.
Turn Right on Sleepy Hollow Drive.
Turn Right on Aaron Drive.
Turn Left on Leete Avenue.
Turn Right on Parker Hill Road.
Right on Fountaingrove Parkkway.
Continue up Fountaingrove Parkway and take the Chanate Rd. exit
Turn Right on Chanate Road.
Turn Right on Bonita Vista Lane.
Finish in front of Hidden Valley Elementary School
