To participate:
- Make sure you are a current member of Empire Runners
- Renew your membership with USATF (check your status HERE )
- Go on Teamsnap – mark your availability for races. If you are new to our program, email our XC Directors and ask to be invited to TeamSnap.
- Sign a season waiver form (instructions) & email it to our XC Directors.
- We have new singlets. Run three (3) races and the singlet is free. Contact our XC Directors to get your singlet.
