A friendly loop around the Hidden Valley area of Santa Rosa

ABOUT THE EVENT

• All Empire Runners members completing the challenge receive 75 Grand Prix Points.
• Dates: Run the course any time between Sunrise (8:07 am) on Friday 11/27 and Sunset (5:52 pm) on Sunday 11/29
• Registration is required, deadline to register is November 29th.
• To qualify for ERGP points and to be listed in results, you must submit results by midnight on November 29th at https://forms.gle/HAxXvvdytQtTCDn37
• With your results, please be ready to share a photo of you eating breakfast or brunch. One person per photo, one photo per person please. Please submit a photo that you are comfortable sharing and having posted to social media. We plan to combine the individual photos for a virtual group photo at the breakfast table.

RUN COURSE | COURSE MAP

• Park near Hidden Valley Elementary School.
• Start the race by running South on Bonita Vista Lane.
• Take a right on Chanate Road.
• Right on Parker Hill Road.
• Right on Leete Avenue.
• Turn right on Aaron Drive.
• Turn left on Sleepy Hollow Drive.
• Turn right on Bonita Vista Lane.
• Finish exactly where you started.

RULES FOR THE RUN

• Run must be completed between the set dates.
• The run course should be done clockwise starting on Bonita Vista Lane near Hidden Valley Elementary School.
• Time yourself without stopping your timing device.
• Turn in your results with the Google Form link (email ejrun@sbcglobal.net if you need help.

RULES FOR COVID SAFETY

• No more than 10 people gathering
• You must be at least 6 feet apart from others unless you are passing.
• Wear a mask
• When you have a group, each person should start with few minute delay.
• You can only run together with a family member or someone you live with.
• Park only in permitted areas.
• Obey all park rules and regulations.
