The Empire Runners Club is organizing a team bus to the Christmas Relays on December 14
Hop on the Empire Runners Club bus to the 41st annual West Valley Track Club CHRISTMAS RELAYS, a 4-person by 4.464 mile relay around San Francisco's Lake Merced. The bus boards at the Montgomery High School parking lot at 6:00 am and will make a 6:30 am stop at the Petaluma Fairgrounds. The race starts at 9 am. The party starts whenever we like. Bring food and drink to share for post-race festivities.
Bus Fee: $20 per club member (payable in cash upon boarding)

Teams must register for the relay directly with the West Valley Track Club. You cannot register for this event as an individual, only as a team. Organize a 4-person team and have one teammate register your group. Teams can opt to order long-sleeve technical shirts. See below if you need teammates. Relay entry fees go up substantially after December 6, but your team can register online as late as December 12, or even at the race.
Need a team? If you want help finding teammates, email Larry Meredith (president@empirerunners.org) by Tuesday, November 20.
Include your first and last name, gender, and the age you will be on race day. Larry Meredith will try to match you up with 3 other club members. One of you he will designate as captain to register the team for the event with the West Valley Track Club. Please let Larry know if you are willing to be the captain.
